If you separately and explicitly opt in using a dedicated marketing consent checkbox, you may also receive marketing and promotional SMS messages, which may include special offers, discounts, or product updates. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to receive services.

If you use the Services to send messages to others, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents and permissions under applicable laws. RepuBoostAI is not responsible for messaging activity conducted by users in violation of consent requirements.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPUBOOSTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepuBoostAI from claims arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of applicable laws or these Terms, including messaging consent violations.
